Q1:如何取還相機?

門市取還:
出發前一天到門市交收,回程後一天到門市歸還。
順豐快遞:
發出快遞為包郵發出,會在你出發前一天確保你收到相機。
歸還:租期到期後歸還,可自行送回,也可以使用順豐寄回歸還(郵費需由您承擔)。

Q2 : 如何取消訂單?

關於取消政策
取消訂單需要收取100%的租金作為費用請注意,支持更改租期。

Q3 : 關於續租?

@ 續租需至少提前1天與客服協商,如設備有檔期,可whatsapp/email與客服續租;如無檔期,需按時歸還。

Q4 : 如果我遲還相機?

續租需提前聯繫客服,續租的日租金按下單時的日租金計費。若到期客戶未按時寄回且未提前聯繫客服續租,則視作逾期使用,需支付雙倍租金。

Q5 : 如何訂購?

@ 流程:

  1. 聯繫客服確認所需租賃的設備是否有存貨,如有存貨,先支付租金。
  2. 按租賃天數支付租金,例如需租賃5天,直接支付5天的租金即可完成下單。

Q6 : 什麼是安心保障服務

購買安心保障服務後
如設備在使用過程中出現的意外損壞(如摔傷、屏幕劃傷、鏡頭磕碰等損傷)均在保障範圍內,損壞產生的維修費用本店承擔70%,客戶只需承擔30%,維修費用以官方報價單為準。
維修期間產生的逾期租金無需客戶承擔,主機和配件均可保障。

注意事項

  • 此服務僅保障可維修的損壞,不保丟失及不可維修導致報廢的損壞。
  • 下單時可一同購買選擇此額外服務。
  • 如沒有購買服務將沒有保障,按照定損標準表計算,詳情請參考terms
Q7 : 如果設備在租用期間遺失?

以下是有關條款,建議出發前購買旅遊保險。

  1. Lost Equipment and Accessories 
    In the event of equipment or accessory loss, we will purchase replacements from the second-hand market, and the customer will be required to cover the full cost. Quotations from the seller will be provided to the customer for reference.
    • Accessories included in the package will also be factored into the total compensation amount.
    • Compensation will not exceed HKD 5,000.
    • If the deposit paid is insufficient to cover the total amount, the remaining balance must be compensated by the customer.
  2. Note: Customer identification will be recorded during the rental process. In cases of refusal to compensate, legal action will be pursued.
